Our Approach
We focus on building the fundamental skills first. Once those are mastered, learning strokes is easier and faster. Our experienced instructors are familiar with the typical evolution of a swimmer’s ability in the water, allowing them to assess where your child is and bring them to the next level.

Arial Gregorio
Our Founder has experience teaching hundreds. Arial has perfected her approach and developed a unique method for helping young kids swim on their own. She has also worked with several adult and senior swimmers to overcome their fear of water and improve their technique, endurance and speed.
Tracey Arial
Our Administrator has accumulated over thirty years of experience helping manage companies in the public, charitable and non-profit sectors. At À L’Eau Swim, she is motivated to bring her expertise in creative entrepreneurship to help each staff member reach their full potential...while having fun!
Rebecca Leroux
one of our Private Swim Instructors, has accumulated over five years of professional experience in the industry. She is working towards a kinesiology degree which helps her correct swimmers' movements for optimal performance.
Elliote Vigneault
One of our private swim instructors has accumulated 11 years of experience in the aquatic field. Having competed, she coached at the pre-competitive level. She subsequently taught swimming to young people of all ages as well as to adults. Elliote has also given classes in aquajogging, aquafitness, aquastroller, and prenatal aquafitness.
Anaïs Berlinger-Lavoie
One of our private swim instructors dived at the provincial level for three years, then taught children as well as adults for three more years. Since then, she's devoted herself to teaching swimming. Her determined, meticulous and disciplined approach allows her to properly correct each stroke and awaken the potential of each swimmer.
Julieta Pardo
Our Activities Coordinator has accumulated over ten years of professional experience in the industry. She is certified as a trainer for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and the Lifesaving Society of Quebec. Here at À L’Eau Swim, she is motivated to bring her expertise, her initiative and her sense of innovation, in order to help the team better serve our clientele.
Andréa Thibault
Our Head Swim Instructor, Andréa has accumulated over seven years of experience as a swimming instructor and lifeguard. She is adored by our families due to her empathetic approach, her dynamism and her attention to technical detail.
Erica Eiley
One of our swimming instructors, Erica was part of a competitive team for five years, which allowed her to develop discipline and a great knowledge of the techniques for each swimming style. She is dynamic and loves creating connections with her students. Her swimmers appreciate the fact that her classes are fun and diverse.
Yirlendy Gamboa Jimenez
Monitrice de natation
