Lesson Package

Prefer flexibility? For families looking for most flexibility around scheduling, we recommend taking our 8 week package. Up to 4 lessons may be rescheduled with 24h notice. Make-ups are added at the end of the season.

Value consistency? For families looking for swimming consistency, we recommend taking our standard 10 week package.  Up to 2 lessons may be rescheduled with 24h notice. Make-ups are added at the end of the season.

Value improvement? For families looking for the most swimming improvement, we recommend taking our superstar 12 week, full season package. Our full-season families get a credit toward next season for missed lesson with 24h notice, up to 2 lessons. This way, you don't lose out.. even if life gets in the way!

Our policies

Season Packages

Clients enroll for a Light (8 weeks), Standard (10 weeks), or Full (12 weeks) season. Packages are paid in advance and secure your spot for the entire season.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a lesson up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

• If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson is forfeited and counted toward your season package.

Rescheduling Lessons

• Cancel your lesson at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us at info@aleauswim.ca.

• The cancelled lesson will automatically be pushed to the end of your season so you still receive all the lessons you purchased.

• If you purchased a Full (12 weeks) package, you will be credited up to two lessons towards the spring session if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed lessons without 24-hour notice cannot be rescheduled.

Payment

• Season packages are invoiced and paid in advance, securing your child’s place for the duration of the season.

• Additional lessons outside of your package, if available, will be invoiced separately.

Tardiness

• Please notify your instructor by text if you are running late. Lessons must still end at the scheduled time to respect pool bookings and instructor travel.

• If your instructor is running late, they will notify you by text, and the full lesson time will be honored.
